East Butler Primary School P&C

The East Butler Primary School P&C  is made up of Parents and Guardians of children attending the school & local Citizens.

We volunteer our time to raise funds to help the school pay for items like extra learning resources, play equipment & fun events such as our school disco.

This benefits ALL students at our school.

The aim of the P&C Association is to promote the school through

  • Co-operation between parents, teachers, students and members of the general community.
  • Assisting in the provision of resources, facilities and amenities for the school.
  • Encouraging communication, cooperation and participation within the school community.

Our P&C at EBPS is interested in actively promoting a strong, vibrant & inclusive school community with open, transparent lines of communication and the ability to provide our children with a professional yet fun learning environment.

The success of the P&C depends on the involvement of parents and the wider school community.   All members of the school community are welcomed and encouraged to get involved in the P&C.  This does not necessarily mean that you have to take on an official role.

Membership to join the P&C costs a gold coin donation per annum & forms can be obtained from the P&C President or Secretary.

We acknowledge and respect the traditional custodians of the land on which our students live and are educated, the Whadjak and Yued people. We wish to acknowledge and show our respect for their elders, past and present and emerging, for their continuing culture and the contributions they make to the life of our community, both now and in the past.
