Welcome to East Butler Primary School
EBPS is an independant local intake school and we cater for students from Kindy to Year 6 living within our intake area. Any out of area applications will be considered by the Principal. Please click below for our School intake catchment map.
If you would like to apply for your child's enrolment at East Butler Primary School please complete an application form by clicking on the link below or come into our Front Office and our lovely office staff will be able to assist.
Once you have completed the application form, please return it to the Front Office of the School. The following documents are required at the time of submission:
- Birth Certificate
(If lost the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages can be contacted on 1300 305 021)
- Up-to-date Immunisation History Statement
(If lost please contact the Australian Immunisation Register on tel 1800 653 809)
- Proof of Address
- Rental Agreement showing the parent's name and address with 3 months or more left on the lease
- House purchase document showing parent's name and address
- Electricity bill showing parent's name and address
- Gas bill showing parent's name and address
- Please note - we do not accept phone accounts, driver's licence, concessions cards, etc
Once your application is accepted an Enrolment card will need to be completed along with medical forms and internet permission forms.
